Submitting a form does not create a client relationship, service obligation, inspection agreement, emergency response commitment, or guarantee of availability. MAS services are subject to written scope, weather, airspace, access permissions, safety conditions, and accepted proposal terms.

MAS does not sell or rent your personal information.

10. Property records and inspection deliverables

MAS inspection deliverables may include building, roof, site, and condition information related to commercial property. These records are generally business and property records, not consumer profile records.

MAS may retain inspection deliverables, reports, imagery, anomaly data, proposal documents, and project correspondence as part of its project file, quality-control process, insurance file, and service history unless a written agreement states otherwise.

11. Children’s privacy

MAS services are intended for businesses, property owners, facility teams, roofing professionals, insurers, consultants, and similar commercial or organizational users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Visitors outside the United States

MAS is based in the United States. If you submit information from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed, stored, and used in the United States.
