How We Run Surveys

Capture Plan

  • Late day or early night flights to maximize thermal contrast.
  • Altitude & overlap set for both visual and radiometric coverage.
  • Wind, humidity, and sky-condition checks to avoid false positives.
  • Reference targets and on-site notes for QA.

Processing & QA

  • Radiometric image review; anomaly candidate marking.
  • Cross-check with orthomosaic & roof features (drains, seams, penetrations).
  • Prioritized findings with context snapshots.
  • Optional core verification map overlay (if client provides results).

Deliverables

  • Orthomosaic (RGB): Geo-referenced TIFF/JPEG for plan-view context.
  • Thermal Snapshots: Annotated images for each anomaly candidate.
  • Summary Report (PDF): Overview, methods, conditions, and flagged areas.
  • Vector Overlay (optional): Polygons of suspect areas (GeoJSON/SHP/KMZ).
  • DEM/DSM (optional): Elevation visuals for ponding & drainage analysis.
  • Portal Delivery (optional): Client login for files and history.
